The Brief - To revamp a small patio.
- Integrate a walkway from the rear entrance to the patio and driveway
- To build a log store and refresh the gravel rear garden.
Our Concept - Avoid the need for a step which would have intruded into the usable space on the patio by building the patio with a 'frame'.
- To build shallow steps up to the patio from the drive to give a feeling of scale.
- Natural products were used throughout which were compatible with the stone and brick of the cottage and extension.
