PRO-Garden Services is the maintenance division of PRO-Landscapes, using the skills, knowledge and resources of the main division.

A range of maintenance services are available as follows:

    Option 1 - Annual Health Check.

    Option 2 - Half Yearly Service.

    Option 3 - Four Seasons.

    Option 4 - Regular Monthly Service.

    Option 5 - One off Service.

 
For any of the PRO-Garden Services options we are happy to receive payment on completion, or by regular payment (monthly/quarterly) for which we offer a discount.

Annual Health Check

An assessment of the health of the plants and structures is made, and an action plan produced with estimates for any work to be carried out.The service is available for any domestic or commercial garden.

For gardens that we have installed there is an option to purchase an annual health check one year after installation, or at an appropriate time. One of the design team will contact you to discuss your garden and establish if there are any problems or changes.

Half Yearly

Gardens are professionally examined twice a year, with clients generally undertaking routine maintenance themselves.

A preliminary consultation is undertaken by phone to establish the current state of the garden. A letter and plant plan is sent asking for any specific issues to be highlighted.

The maintenance plan involves pruning, weeding, providing a light mulch and repairs to any minor hard landscaping problems.

Four Seasons

This is a regular service designed to prepare the garden for the coming season. Interim maintenance is then limited to routine mowing, weeding, watering and basic plant tending.

A preliminary consultation will be undertaken with you by phone to establish what work is required to be done. A  letter and plant plan will be sent out asking for specific issues to be highlighted.

We will provide you with a written quote before any formal follow up work is undertaken.

Regular Monthly Service

This service consists of a monthly visit to your garden during which we carry out a general tidy-up, undertake minor maintenance, prune, weed, dead head etc.

Any additional work identified will be submitted via a quote.

One-Off Service

This is an ad-hoc service which allows you to avail yourself of bespoke, professional  gardening and maintenance expertise. Examples of where this service could be used would be to prepare your garden for a specific event, initiate a tidy up after bad weather, or to carry out any other activty requiring expert help.

The One-Off service is specifically aimed at undertaking gardening and/or maintenance activity which might be particularly difficult, time critical, or is simply too much for you to handle. However the service can also be used to undertake professional weeding, mulching and basic plant tending activities.
 
A preliminary consultation will be undertaken with you by phone to establish what work is required to be done. A formal written quote will be provided to, and agreed with you before any work is carried out.
